Academic Project
Quaker on the Go is a project developed during a three weeks intensive academic course. The client, PepsiCo China, wanted us to develop a concept proposal for a service to be spread among the students. We mainly focused on the university students in campuses. We analysed their cooking and eating habits, underlining the weak points in their daily meals. We immersed ourselves in the context and we got both qualitatives and quantitatives data from surveys and interviews. So that we came up with a pop-up shop that provides university students with ready to eat oats breakfast, based on the healthy goals they want to reach. Quaker on-the-go is a temporary service to promote oats consumption among university students. For this service we decided to use three pop- up shop travel through the main campus, selling ready-to-eat oats based breakfasts. Students can choose the breakfast selecting an healthy goal they want to reach and learning its nutritional values. Thanks to Quaker App, students can additionally book their breakfast and see where the pop-up shop are placed. To advertise the service, school flowers (the most beautiful and well-known girls among the students) will be involved in both communication and special events.
