Together with the team, we have been requested to design and produce an exhibition corner for Italia Independent at Salmoiraghi e Viganò in San Babila Square, Milan. The design follows Italia Independent latest guidelines, through the use of straight and minimal shapes and neutral colors. The corner is made by a main central wall with 6 transparent plexiglass shelves for the exhibition of the sunglasses. Behind, a backlit aluminum panel painted in shiny white, is perforated following the shape of an I.I classic sunglasses model. At the two sides, there is space for the interchangeable campaigns (printed vinyl applied on a 3 mm Dibond panel). The 30° angle permits a better visibility of the brand and connects the lateral shelves. At the bottom of the main wall there’s a storage space for the sunglasses boxes.
