Smart Lingo Project

Smart Lingo is an educational platform, designed to follow and assist through the entire Chinese learning cycle, aided by desktop and mobile technology. Smart Lingo provides rich multimedia contents and didactic activities: listening, reading, writing, speech recognition, vocabulary analysis, and more. The platform connects with the best teachers online or in the neighborhood with on-demand tutors, while helping to focus on the areas where improvement is required, with detailed reports of classes and teacher's feedback. I worked together with the Head of Product and Development to build the application features, while lead the design team and coordinate with IT department, in order to improve UX and usability, identify corporate values and branding strategies. At the same time we conduced researches, aimed to understand user profiles and collecting feedbacks. The first public product release has been delivered in February 2017 with already several students all over the world.
